Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge, Cambridge

I was excited to stay here after seeing the ad with a promise of a working coffee maker in my room for just under $400. The room was indeed very clean and nice, but unfortunately, the AC wasn't working, and there was a constant drip from the sink. The staff was helpful and pleasant, although those maintenance issues were a bit of a downer. The location was perfect for my visit to Boston University and had a nice view of the river. However, I had to pay extra for that river view. The on-premise restaurants served delicious food but were a bit pricey. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with a great view of the Boston skyline. The service is generally friendly and helpful, although some staff can be perceived as rude. The location is fantastic, right on the waterfront with access to beautiful walking trails. The dining options are varied but may come at an extra cost. Overall, a good value for the money with some room for improvement in service quality.

My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The cleanliness was well-maintained although the room looked a bit old. The service was exceptional, with helpful and resourceful staff available for any need. However, other aspects of the property were not up to par. The location was nice but not ideal for walking, although it offered easy access to nearby establishments. The dining experience was beyond expectations, with a set price for all meals, albeit the quality did not match the high prices. Despite some drawbacks, the availability of various on-premises services was a pleasant surprise.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean, although they were different from what I expected in terms of the river view. The service during the 2019 Boston Marathon weekend was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly nice, professional, and attentive to my needs. The location worked perfectly for me as it was close to my daughter's university and within walking distance to various attractions in the area. The dining options were good, although not all items were complimentary. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
